Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 24 August 2026
This is a first draft, not legal advice — see the caveat on our Terms of Service, which this policy is part of.
This Acceptable Use Policy covers the general rules for using STEALSHOT, separate from the content-specific restrictions (no resale, no scraping, no redistribution) in §3 of the Terms. You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data that isn't yours, including by probing, scanning, or testing the security of the Service without our prior written permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service — overloading it with automated requests, attempting to bypass rate limits, or otherwise imposing an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
- Use the Service to send spam, phishing content, or malware, or to distribute anything unlawful, defamatory, or infringing.
- Obtain access to paid features without payment, including by circumventing the plan checks on chat, video access, or API keys.
- Misrepresent your identity, impersonate another person or organization, or use the Service to harass or abuse others.
- Use automated means (bots, scripts) to create accounts, submissions, or API keys at a volume beyond normal individual use.
We may investigate suspected violations and take action including warning, rate-limiting, suspending, or terminating an account — see §6 of the Terms.
